Meet 9:30 at Maghull Square for directions to Whittle-le-Woods for a 11mile walk around Cophurst Country. Leader: Dave Schumacher.

Directions: Take M6 towards Preston, leave at junction 28 - turn right off slip road onto the B5256 - at next traffic lights turn right onto A49 - at next traffic lights turn left onto B5248 - stay on B5248 till you reach a T junction and turn left onto A6 - after a short period you will pass a Church followed by a School, turn left staight after the School and immediately you will see the carpark on the right. 

Note: During this walk we go through two tunnels, a torch might be useful.
